I have been a Verizon customer for several years and I have 4 phones on my service. My cell wont hold a charge so I went 25 minutes out of my way to get a replacement battery. The "tech" told me he could have the battery shipped to my home for $30. I have never had any service done on my palm. My contract is up in one month. You would think Verizon could do better then that. Bad move verizon. I doubt very much I'll continue my relationship with Verizon.
