We hired this company to put a patio cover on our house and gave them a $5,500 deposit. We waited for HOA approval and permits, which took a month. Then we waited some more. We received several calls from them about waiting on their concrete guy, and then we waited even longer. Months went by, and I would call and email them, but received nothing.
Finally, I got a response about how her mother was having issues, and I thought, "What does this have to do with my project?" Then she sent another message about how her design guy had a stroke. I decided to do some digging, something I should have done in the first place, and found out they have been doing this to a lot of people.
