I returned my comcast equipment, but they did not pay attention when I said I have my own modem and assumed i was still using their modem, so they were going to continue to charge me for it. Finally after some digging and me asking a lot of questions and insisting on more information they discovered it was their mistake and fixed the problem. But i had to drive to the facility again and wait 45 mins for everything to be worked out and I never once got an apology for their mistake!
