I am being harrassed by comcast on a modum returned june. Which i have receipt for. I am now being chaged for noted modem, & i'm asked once again to submit proof (thru fax at my expense) that modem was returned. Comcast lack of service & cooperation regarding research of my reurn is appalling. I am told the ownes of proof is on me. Why? Furthermore i did not appreciate superviwsor # 932 in how she addreesedd the situation, by being condescending.
