Comcast transferred me to who I thought was a Comcast rep, who tried relentlessly to sell me on this particular modem. Understanding that I wouldn't get a modem via my Comcast install, I said okay. When I got it, after a Comcast tech had installed a Comcast modem that didn't appear to cost money, I immediately sent the modem back to Techzilla. They charged my credit card anyway ($125) and I've heard nothing sense, nor have I received a refund. Comcast isn't off the hook for this either.
