Okay, first off, I have done my research. And the more and more I read, the more and more I am appalled!
I'm doing my best not to "Slander" this company but quite frankly, it's becoming extremely hard not to.
Up until recently, the company held a pseudo-monopoly or the northeast. The only other competition was satellite companies they controlled.
Their "Customer Service's" motto is: Do what ever you can to rob them blind!
And their actual service is mediocre at best.
I am honestly wondering how I have been a 'customer' to this company for years, the only conclusion I find is that it is my only option (monopoly).
I'll be finding a new service as soon as possible. But for those people who do read reviews, I hope I've given you a little insight that more thoroughly describes what the company is all about. Not just some cookie cutter "I'm paid to write good reviews!" propaganda that I've been finding all over this place.
I am trying to be helpful, but my interested party is the consumer, not the company. I believe it should be the companies responsibility to work with their customers to make their experience a nice, enjoyable one. Where both parties are in a fair deal. From my experience, Comcast has never even fathomed the ideal and has no interest in doing so.
