Ordered, paid for with Debit Card, two (2) black injet cartridges Dell Series 5 black.
Received and installed first cartridge, print image was unreadable, adjusted printer to darkest print, still unreadable. Same problem with 2nd cartridge.
Prepared E-Mail requesting a return authorization. E-Mails will not go through.
Called LAinks telephone # and recording states that this company only responds to messages left.
I left a message describing my problem as directed.
No telephone nor E-Mail response.
