Incompatable Inkjet Cartridges for my F4480 HP Desk Jet

Purchased Black Cartridge Item # REMANHP640 and Color Cartridge Item# REMANHP643. Upon Delivery, I installed the cartridges and tryed to make prints. Message came up Incompatable Printer Cartridges. Please give me instructions for return and credit my account for this purchase. Thank you in advance.
