On 1/25 I purchased on line one ink cartridge for my HP Deskjet F4480 printer/scanner/copier.
Product #60 HP CC640WN Black for $11.99 plus s/h $3.95 total $15.94. This cartridge does not work with my machine. Called on phone with complaint attempt but was told because due to operating expense to e-mail my complaint for 100% satisfaction. I did as instructed twice and as of today 4/23 have had no replaced product or response.
