I ordered 2 sets of Ink Cartridges (2 color and 2 black) for my HP Officejet J3640 All-In-One Printer.
The black ink cartridges worked fine, but BOTH color cartridges were rejected by my printer with the following message: "CARTRIDGE ERROR" "Cartridge on
left is not intended for this printer."
I contacted them about this problem. They sent me instructions on: "How to Perform a Power-Cycle" (Which I tried serveral times. None of the tries worked I still got the "CARTRIDGE ERROR" MESSAGE)
They will gladly refund my money, but I have to pay expense of mailing it back to them. I don't think I should bear the cost of return for their shipping cartridges that don't work.
My main reason my mail is delivered NOT TO MY DOOR, but a mail box on the road, and it's NOT just the cost of postage, but I have to obtain a mailer, have to drive over 10 miles to the postoffice to mail the package.
At todays cost of transportation, it would cost me more than it is worth.
Remember I don't have the same privilage they have. The mail carriier doesn't come to my door, doesn't give me bulk mail fees.
Also they give a 100% customer satisfaction.
