Ordered two HP 74xl cartridges & 2 75xl cartridges for my printer. Both were defective. Printer error "replace the cartridge" for both cartridges. Bought a new cartridge locally, installed, works fine. These cartridges were ordered over a year ago, stored unopened and when opened and prepared for use, got the error message. SuperMedia said they can not replace.
