Be really careful with this company. I am not disputing a charge for $191 with my credit card company. I'm not really sure what games they are playing but I tried contacting them to try and get some resolution and the customer service rep went off on me. I just wanted to know how I could report it to their company. I hung up on the first rep b/c I was not going to take that type of abuse. When I called back another rep told me to make sure to report it as fraud b/c their company will only kick it back since it has my correct information. That is crazy. Most people who obtain credit card information or do identity theft have the correct information. Needless to say, my credit card company is handling Hotwire for me. I was outraged.
