My wife purchased a ticket through hotwire.com and the book time for departure was 5:00AM which we cannot do. When we called Hotwire.com Customer Services, they refused to change anything as it against the "policy". Their suggestion was to purchase another one way ticket for the correct time. The ticket was submit to be purchase 9AM and they charged our credit card immediatedly for a flight that going to be one month later. So we can't even get to cancel the transaction.
I really don't tolerate this type of business services. I higher reccomend to all internet shopper to NOT use hotwire.com for traveling.
THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME USING THIS HOTWIRE.com company. As you can see I am very angry with hotwire.com!
