Do Not Use Hotwire.
We rented a car through them online which was confusing and I gave credit card number to reserve vehicle [I thought] and then when got statement found payment taken out and cancellation period of few days had expired.
We had to cancel trip and when called customer service was read fine print to any question asked and told no refund or credit possible and the impression that they could care less.
