Until lately I had been really pleased with my support with ATT the rear on September 2 i required their DSL Direct-Service they offered mean order quantity and explained it'd occur on June 9th where moment I'd visit the things they named a dried cycle # and my house telephone support could be disconnected nicely on sept 8th they closed my telephone off not a problem it had been not getting used anyhow about the 9th i come home to locate I'd NO online sites however I'd a sign so that they walked me through set me-up and works out I simply had a need to reregister, okay which was good till 2 hours later once they DISCONNECTED my support WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AS WELL AS FOR NOOOOO CAUSE, their tech-support informs me they CAn't locate my purchase #which I have to contact to see exactly what the issue is obviously by this time around that division is SHUT etc June 10th i contact and obtain your hands on somebody who informs me they'll reactive my consideration and they'll do the very best they are able to to guarantee I've support QUICKLY so later on within the evening i contact to ensure that the reinstatement was total plus they inform me NO and that I have to decide up for support AND TODAY I've TO ATTEND A FREAKIN WEEK TO GET ONLINE SITES IT TAKES THEM 1 MINUTE TO SHUT ME OFF FOR NOOO CAUSE AND SEVEN DAYS TO RECONNECT ME HUMMMMMM EXACTLY WHY IS THAT? I still need continue my support together HOWEVER this isn't great customer support at-all and really should be investigated since I'm not alone it has occurred to I understand 2 others that had the same occur to them.
