Cricket Wireless is just a total rip-off! I'd set my consideration on the brigde consideration on Feb 1. They assured me my support wouldn't be closed off, than my support complete closed off. I contact customer support plus they inform me I've to pay for my statement okay. Feb 7 I settled the entire statement and my telephone still servingnot work. I attempt to contact customer support plus they inform me to pay for my statement that will be currently settled. I visit the Cricket Instant shop in Crestwood, IL on 13150 Cicero Ave. They inform me that I've a $200 touchscreen phone-in my bill. I actually donot the cash for $200 telephone, my phone is $45 and its own not touchscreen. I attempt to show supervisor I never purchased a touchscreen, he informs me the telephone I've was never at his shop. I purchased that telephone in the shop in March, I've the darn evidence to show it! After I attempt to contact the shop stop my consideration, the woman was rude and explained to contact customer support. Everytime I named them, they declare my brigde consideration hasn't been compensated, and that I paid it. I've the evidence of that also. I simply everybody to understand Cricket Instant is just a TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!
