I'd a problem with my cable package and so I named customer support to obtain the issue solved. Since we weren't switching our Television and wire package down within the correct series it triggered an issue. (gee never was informed there is an effective method to switch off my television and wire pack) Although I'd "customer support" about the telephone I thought I'd ask just how much it'd be if we included telephone and web to the bundle. She offered me a cost and that I recommended her that I'd return to her, I had been simply exploring costs. This phone was on Friday evening. On Wednesday morning I visit login to my pc and discover my web acccount is blocked. Exactly what the heck! I contact the telephone business to see that Vibrant House had submitted a disconnect purchase for both my telephone and online sites. Used to do not. The telephone company terminated the purchase to stop my support together and place me through to Bright House. I eventually obtain a person about the telephone at Bright Home after going thru the complex telephone choice program, and obtain a ding-bat csr whonot have any thought why this occurred. I expected to get a boss and had the enjoyment, NOT, of speaking with her. She recommended me that since I'd questioned just how much it'd be for that additional solutions they'd to matter a work-order in order to inform me. I'm like are you kidding me, that you don't find a way to inform a person just how much the providers are without giving out a disconnect purchase? She informs me the purchase was terminated 2 units following the inquery which it's the telephone firms problem the remove occurred. I informed her that it had beennot the telephone business problem, or was it quarry that my support was disconnected and he or she had no idea how disappointed I'd have now been if my telephone support have been disconnected. I'd this discussion with Vibrant Home CSR boss for 20 minutes. They got no responsibilty for that work-order, and he or she kept saying it had been the telephone firms problem for deleting my support. Hi, who delivered the job purchase in without my contract??? She explained I had a need to contact the telephone business to see why they did not stop the job order. I recommended her the sole additional telephone call I had been producing was towards the FCC that we will soon be following-up with following this. UM I actually donot believe it is authorized to alter someones telephone support without having their permission. Cheers Brighthouse truly enjoy you losing my period in addition to deleting my support.
