I'd my telephone support disconnected after I ported my quantity to a different company after which spoken to customer support at Cricket to ensure that I'd not be debited anymore on my automated payment program. They assured me I'd not. I discover they're still debiting me. I contact customer support and that I record the issue they inform me that it's a professional-scored cost for that prior month. B.S.!!! We spend in advance for the support or we-don't get support the following month. I obtain the run-around from everybody at Cricket. Basically, they pull! I'll combat this towards the finish!
