July 4: Around 10am I observe that I've not obtained any incoming calls or texts, that will be irregular to get a Sunday morning. Our cell support continues to be immediately turn off. That's unusual, I prepaid for another thirty days recently. The only real entry I'd to some telephone was my cellphone and so I was compelled to call "611" from my cell. After about 20 mins of waiting while my telephone "authenticated" I'm place in contact n / Gabriel (identification G029?) who advises me the cell cost was $2.50 brief, AT&Tis mistake, but he didn't possess the expert to use a $2.50 credit. He recommends I'll delay significantly less than 1 minute to get a repetition from the diverse department completely who are able to utilize the $2.50 and reactivate my support. You lost 3 hours of my Sunday also it charge me $15 extra bucks to "resolve" AT&Tis $2.50 mistake.

I find an 800-number for AT&T and attempt that. The moment my delay period is up and Diane solutions, we're disconnected "Community Disappointment". Again, I contact, I delay, cust support solutions, I'm disconnected. It's now been 2 hours I Have been focusing on this. I-drive to an AT&T shop. A supervisor (Ciro P.) claims he'll have it looked after instantly. He can't utilize the $2.50 - program don't allow him. He calls 611 immediate. That repetition informs him that I should spend the $2.50, AT&T can't credit me something. Am I being discriminated against since I'm a "pay-as you-go" client??!! I've been an extended standing client of AT&T Wireless for more than 11 years now. I had been actually along the way of changing my online sites from Comcast to AT&T. That'll never occur! AT&T has simply dropped a faithful client of 11 years because of more than 5 cust support representatives lacking a hint regarding just how to assist a person in need!
