Horrible Customer Support. This Florida organization covers behind outsourcing top people. Cheap Items! Wireless Modem wouldn't function and that I couldn't connect with my web wirelessly. Named Tech-Support (Case Number 14237026). On-hold for 14 minutes. Consultant was rude and it got over two (2) hours. From the end-of everything I still couldn't connect wirelessly and also the Tech-Support consultant had were able to guide me via a procedure that were able to eliminate my Comcast online sites entering the home. And so I was left with no online sites (not only instant) along with a rude Indian men blaming that I never had online sites to start with despite getting me visit NETGEAR.com with him about the telephone about 1 hours earlier. I will have to plan a scheduled appointment to truly have a wire support Technology return out to my home due to NETGEAR.incidentally, it was my fifth phone to NETGEAR within the last 4 times. These were designed to have somebody contact me back on 2 various events however it hasn't occurred.
