Is cricket not prepaid? WITHOUT ANY agreement, Right? What exactlyis up using the cost day and costs to reestablish support. So when you need to do spend each one of these costs you receive prorated following the reality.
I've had support together for 3 years.
I'm finally sick and tired of their customer support.
5/1/09- I requested to get rid of a phone-line from my consideration which had two.in a nutshell the incorrect quantity was disconnected and my cellphone was down. I attempted to contact *611 in the telephone for customer support but got automatic data. I acquired through from someone elseis cricket phone. I thought my condition was solved.
5/2/09 - Payment was due so I tried to pay via Zap Link but decided not to because it showed bill reflecting (2) lines... Tried call customer service from pay phone but had no luck. Got automatic reply again. Again, chose to wait till Friday AM.
5/4/09- Our telephone wound up hanging..."NO Support"... And so I paid $60.00 to protect one-line despite the fact that "quantity due" online and Move Link nevertheless shown (2) outlines. Waited (30) mins for support to displace but which was false. Contact customer supportis cause was that my cost was impending and really should be published by within 24 hours. I kept checking for my support to become repaired but didn't occur.
5/5/09-Nowadays I've created (5) efforts to make contact with customer support via landlines but didn't get thru til 4pm from the pay-phone. I had been sent to 'pre=pay' division telling me of my bal due of $53.00 I told them I declined to cover several point and he confirmed this 1 point was disconnected. But since the "guide repetition" didn't show eliminated line and "low payment" of eliminated point. I still need to purchase the point taken off my bill. Then he stated he was implementing a link arrange for seven days and so I may have time for you to contact a guide repetition to fix my scenario.
Ultimately I still don't have any support as of this moment 6:48pm MST.
