I have called costemor service for aol to fix a minor problem they told me it was a problem with this program and they will write up an error report. Then i have called up again to fix a another problem in aol voice mail they couldent help me so i told costemor support to cancel my aol voice mail service. The costemor service representative told me that she has canceled my aol voicemail. I have hanged up and waited for a conformation email. I have recieved the conformation email and it wrote that my DSL service has been canceled.
I immediatley called them back to see what has happened after waiting until a representative answered I told them the problem and they said that they needed to transfer me over. They have tried to transfer me over but they hanged up. I recalled and got transfered into another person but that person told me too hold on but then another person answered and i needed to restate my information again. The person put me on hold and then told me what i have to do. She said that I needed to return my DSL package wasting my patience and time on a problem which i had no hand on. I have to disconnect my internet and computer to take everything out then go to the post office to return it on what becuase of human error. Now i have to wait 10 busness days without internet access to get the service again. And nobody nows that it will work. I had to go threw all of this for no apperent reason.
