I was billed for a service never ordered complained and got another bill with a late charge Ild Teleservices Members Edge

I was billed last month by ild teleservices for a service i was not aware of Upon calling the 1-800-433-4518 # I was told this was for a voicemail service I had ordered. I informed the party i was talking to I never ordered voice mail I was a retired lady who had no use for voice mail. I was assured the service would be stopped and my billing would be voided. This month I received a new bill with a $42.99 charge for this voice mail service plus a $5 late fee. I also noticed a $21 credit for this month on my bill for the same service I did not order. The service is members edge which I got from ild teleservices. I informed the woman i was speaking to the problem I was receiving. This woman proceeded to tell me I ordered this service which I have not done. When I stressed this fact she told me i better go to the police station and file fraud charges because someone ordered it using my name. I informed this person my computer is in my home and I live alone I requested she connect me with someone who could help me. She placed me on hold (but I could hear her in the background and I told her I could here her. I hung up and redialed and each time I was placed on hold. This went on for about 1 hour when finnaly a man answered I explained the problem and he informed me he would credit my account $79.80. I immeadiately told him it was not possible to credit a non existant account. He put me on hold and when he came back to the phone I once again told him I did not have a account with members edge or any other voice mail service. I asked him was it neccessary to called members edge myself and I needed the number. He assured me that was not neccessary but I do not feel he answered correctly. Crediting an account that does not exist to me means there is an account somewhere with my name on it and the bills will continue to come. How do i stop thieves from billing me for non existant services that i never ordered or needed. I don't run a bussiness and at this point in my life I don't need someone to take messages for me. I have an answering machine for when I am not at home and any other time I answer my own phone. This is so ridiculous. I hope you or someone can help
