After I bought the System It was discontinued from production and Sell within a Week, This makes it obvious that Dell knew of the problem and I had no previous warning. After about 4 Months of Using I had noticed previously the System was Seriously Overheating yet there wasn't much I could do. Within the Next Month The System would randomly shut down from being overheated and it happned more frequently, by 07/15 the System had over heated itself so bad it caused damage to one of the internal components inside causeing it not to operate properly. After waisting many calls to Dell I have been sent two other SmartSteps that do the same thing if not even operate for more than 4 min at a time before shutting down, when I gave Dell $2,000 They did not mention this at all.
But being the Biggest of Fraud, Their Technical Rep Promised me that they would Ship out a System that was NOT a SmartStep and they have admitted it happned but refuse to follow through with their Promises leaving me with a $2,000 LapTop that can't do much more then word Proccessing for more than 5 min at a time.
