Dell customer service is difficult to get to through their phone center, and when I have gotten through, they cheerfully tell me they will comply, and just flat don't.
I never received an invoice for some of my computer system which I need to get reimbursed by my employer. I have now asked three times and been promised three times with no follow up response by Dell.
Our system has already froze up several times, and Dell is not responding to our claims so far.
So far my conclusion is, it would be better to buy elsewhere so that you can have a decent retailer to go back to for service. The ads are a lie, and Dell is flying high on empty advertisement promises.
