I bought a Dell system in June or July. The printer (Dell 946) never worked. I immediately contacted their technical support group and they tried to fix it over the internet. They worked on it for weeks and never got it going. When I contacted them about returning it, they said it was too late and I had to pay for it. Another family in our little town experienced the same problem; they paid, I didn't. I'll never buy another Dell product again.
