Order positioned and incorrect product was delivered - attempted calling the organization without any reaction via mail, telephone and helpdesk solution. I eventually obtained reaction after I questioned the cost. Their site was wrong that they fixed properly but wouldn't deliver out the right item until I delivered them back them. I decline because it was their error. They did ultimately deliver me a UPS return tag and product was delivered back. Costs were corrected on charge card since organization informed them-they didn't obtained them back. I delivered numerous emails for them again with not reaction again. I submitted a problem using the Better Business Office. I allow them no this plus they released me a credit return but just for them and never the delivery. I'd to-order the component from another organization as a result of this problem. I'd never purchase out of this organization again and that I will soon be allowing all my boaters buddies not about that problem.
