I bought an item, called new, out of this organization so when i obtained it, it appeared as if it'd been removed from a garbage heap of aged components, and it didn't function. I delivered a contact requesting if it had been feasible to come back the component because it did not function, I never received an answer. A couple weeks later i delivered another email and obtained a-one phrase reaction providing me no info and requesting a problem I'd previously responded within the first mail. I responded but never received an answer. After looking the web site and viewing no-return policy or return info.
A couple weeks later I delivered the component back, and another mail saying what I did so and just why I did so it. Again, no reaction. I still haven't obtained an answer and also have since delivered numerous emails. Today, taking a look at the web site, there's a return site, that was not there before, declaring when a component doesn't function they'll change it or refund the cash but just once you email them to setup a return. I'd recommend not purchasing from their website. They've really poor customer care and deliver damaged components supplying a fake return policy. After looking the web, I came across many more who'd comparable terrible encounters with this specific organization, richspsxparts.
They screwed me around and certainly will do exactly the same to other people they are doing business with. Study other evaluations on this website to determine they'venot altered in 5 years.
