I put an order with this specific organization and following a month hadn't obtained any verification of delivery e-mail, but my charge card was billed the entire amount. Upon contacting the organization, them was remarkably prepared to be delivered 24 hours later. Then used to do not obtain 1 / 2 of the purchase within the cargo as well as obtained an inappropriate item (in my opinion was delivered to substitute another product, wishing I'd not protest). After I asked concerning the purchase, I had been informed the lost products were backordered and that I had been acknowledged the total amount. They stated they delivered mean contacting showing me of the (that we didn't obtain plus they declined to re-deliver). Though, within the cargo it stated the things were being delivered seperately. I asked regarding when they were backordered, or delivered, or credited, as my charge card wasn't credited. They explained to go up with my charge card organization, not them (making no sense). Additionally they advised that I'd to pay for to come back their wrong item before I'd get a credit for that wrong product. They declined to see me of the total amount credited and sometimes even of that which was being acknowledged. I've documented the corporation towards the BBB. The corporation is horrible. Don't utilize them!!!
