I requested some copy tapes from www.datatechstore.com fourteen days before. The organization site outlined the videos as in-stock. Our charge card was billed instantly, and that I obtained the first purchase verification by e-mail, but have not noticed something since that time. I've delivered many emails requesting an update about the standing of the purchase, but received no reaction. I also posted a standing request through their online form, but didn't get a reaction from that, both. I ultimately could get among their workers about the telephone ("Bob"), who stated the videos were delivered out-last week. After I questioned why I'dnot obtained a delivery verification, he'd no solution. After I questioned him for that delivery confirmation number, he easily did not contain it, but stated the videos must appear today. Datatechstore.com's site states "Your items have been in inventory and vessel nearly the moment you spot your purchase." Additionally, it states, "You may trust that the order is likely to be rapidly refined and securely shipped" and "we shall verify your order, verify your cargo, and supply a following range with every order." I've discovered none of those statements to become accurate. I've informed the company to stop the purchase twice, but when I have not obtained an answer to either demand I'm today arguing the cost with my charge card business. The corporation has horrible conversation, and that I WOn't purchase out of this them again.
