I positioned and purchase with zkarlo (zkarlo.com) via ebay - the purchase came - it had been incorrect - they delivered the incorrect items although the proper product was obviously described about the order form. I quickly approached the organization concerning the error - requested them to deliver the right product which was still being marketed on ebay. Requested they deliver the right products instantly therefore the products I purchased to displace the unsuccessful cargo might be delivered. To displace the wrong products on Holiday event cost mean extra $75.00. They did not do that, didn't talk and didn't credit my bill. I approached ebay, they delivered a return tag. I shipped back the wrong products - however the organization stated them was never delivered! I wasn't provided a credit. It is consumed me per month 5 to solve this issue - zkarlo required my money, delivered the incorrect things that were delivered (and price significantly less compared to products I requested), held my money, and ceased speaking!
