Asset Acceptance LLC tried to bullsh*t me and tried to scare me with a lawsuit. I refused to give up and challenge them in their own game I answered their claim, and showed up to take them a knock down, and they tried to bullsh*t the judge but the judge saw through it and asked them to show how they think I owed them, they had no proof, and no doc, to prove their case and that to retract their case before they had to pay me for my troubles, at that point the chicken sh*ts ran with their tales tucked, case was dismissed, and now they are not taking it of my credit report despite my complaints they will not let me speak to their supervisors so what can I do to get it of my credit report.
