Registered for support and obtained the device really quickly, but web, normally, did not work. Approached Verizon plus they insisted I invest 12 hours in my own condo throughout the week to truly have a support specialist come and repair my web. After two hours of speaking with "customer support" reps, I eventually discovered one prepared to put up a scheduled appointment for Sunday (I am an expert pupil who's in course from 8AM-5PM every single day). Got a phone 24 hours later asking me to verify a scheduled appointment for FRIDAY! I thought it had been an honest error, and invested another two hours to create it-up again for Sunday, that was eventually established by two distinct divisions AND Verizonis automatic support a scheduled appointment for Sunday (these were to exhibit up sometime from 8AM to 8PM). I waited until 5PM Friday, but having not noticed something, I named Verizon to ensure these were still arriving. Some fool had chose to STOP my employ, but DID NOT CONTACT ME! Definitely absurd! I attempted to talk to supervisors and was hung-up on TWICE by two diverse customer support reps (I had been ethical to everybody, since itis not the phone call-middle individualis issue). Ultimately got to keep in touch with a on my next attempt, who explained that I Would need to miss courses to possess somebody appear, because no body may help on vacations. I requested to stop where he explained I Would need to call-back and keep in touch with the termination office. He refused. After I insisted he discover somebody who might stop my agreement, he set me on-hold for fifteen minutes before moving me towards the INCORRECT DIVISION. From the period all this was completed (over two hours), the division to stop was shut and that I was informed to call-in on Friday. Obviously, save your self the problem. All-along, there is the "I actually donot have that quantity, " "I can not contact that individual, " "That'snot my division, " etc etc etc reasons. Save your self the trouble - boycott Verizon... I'll never use some of their companies again.
