Excessively poor customer support!

We bought Verizon DSL and settled up top to truly have the support connected. Once the evening found obtain and obtain the support operating after several, many hours about the telephone having a support technology the support was still not linked. We did get informed that people might have something solution triggered to possess somebody emerge and assist us. Well it's been 2 or 3 months later but no indication of anybody. And so I named nowadays and that I was informed the notice in the unique support technology was imperfect therefore the "solution" was terminated. I expected her how it was our problem and what did that to obtain the problem fixed and he or she simply stated "sorry". I subsequently questioned her why easily created an arrangement to get a statement of around $40.00 per month why was I billed another period for $97.00 and he or she stated "that division was shut". I requested to talk to her boss and that I was informed "they're active". I've arrived at two findings this 1 Verizon DSL has ACUTELY poor customer support and two you'll spend more for that ACUTELY poor customer support but still not need support connected.in her protection she did state we're able to "Attempt" to trouble-shoot and find out when they could easily get me connected today. I expected her if she was insane and stated no we visited somebody that may connect us up in a regular way with out the large expenses and ACUTELY poor customer support. The only real issue I've now's receiving my money-back to get a support which was NEVER supplied.
