I purchased access to this information in September and had my account set up however; most of the links on the page required additional log-in and when using my UOJ log-in information it wouldn't grant me access. I contacted the support group (no phone number or name available for contact, just an email address) to get it resolved and was adviced to re-register (free of charge) but to no avail.
I contacted them a couple of more times via email (only form of communication) and the same advice was given but the third time I was told that they would refund my membership fees to the account used by me for the charge within 4-6 business days. This was sent by them on November 10th but no refund has been issued to this date. I have tried to contact them via their only form of communication (email) numerous times in the past few months without receiving a response at all and obviously; no refund!
Please make these people responsible for fullfilling their-money-back guarantee commitment to their customers! So many of us are in positions where we have lost our jobs and are looking for ways to support our families and these people are taking advantage of us while we are already down! Please help...
