Windstream customer support is absolutely the worst!!! I've been coping with an issue with windstream since March whenever we shifted into our house. I've a continuing sound/hype about the point after which an irregular snap/crackle/place - YES I've THE CEREAL ON MY POINT - actually, I'd instead be resting in a on the cordless telephone having a steel pole in my own hand throughout a lightning tornado - it'd likely be quieter. I've named the so-called MOTION point with Windstream simply to be informed, "Move pick on another power organization, abandon Windstream alone for some time" - good customer support huh? I work at home performing medical transcription therefore every time my telephone is all messed up, or my DSL falls, I lose money. I've had solution over solution over solution positioned for these issues. The exterior plant supervisor endured in my own family room and explained there is nothing he may find, do, or recommend - apart from, "I believe your home is simply haunted and also the spooks do not wish to abandon". I've had a technology at my home today daily for nearly 14 days directly, simply to be informed, they cannot find something again and he questioned me why I had been switching my device off and on and on / off. Like I actually donot have something more straightforward to do with my period/existence apart from switching a device offandon simply to bother Windstream as well as their fantastic no understanding technicians. Like I stated earlier, I've now been coping with this for precisely 24 months and contains today fall to Windstream accusing me. This is actually the latest issue. I was informed that my LinkSys router does not be friends with my Windstream device, therefore it was changed having a 2wire router/modem combination, I am still dropping my DSL transmission.
