As a WindStream customer since before they were WindStream, I have built a sizable company using their services of broadband internet access and a phone line for my fax. I have faithfully paid my bill each month and feel I have compensated them for the services they provide.
For the first five years or so, everything worked as it should with minimal downtime and reasonable return to service after an interruption.
The last six months however, have been a Nightmare. I have been on the phone with customer support
