For the last two years we paid for 12 mbps and only get less than 2 mbps. We kept calling the customer service, and they can't figure out what's going on. We asked for a partial credit with no success. We were promised that it will soon be fixed... It's been over two years now and no change. Since we don't have any other services around, we don't have any other choice. If you have another option other than Windstream, go with it. Windstream is not keeping their word and definitely is not there for their customers.
