People PC allows you to make a one time credit card payment.
I did so for someone else a few months back.
People Pc took an unauthorized withdrawal from my account a couple of months later. I did not called them, but called the person who has the account. This person cancelled their account with them and got a cancelation number from them.
People PC called this person a couple of months later to collect more money. They were told that the account had been canceled and was given the cancelation number and were told that no money was owed.
People PC said this person still had to pay more money. This person refused. So People PC once again took the money from my account without authorization.
I called People PC, explained to them that I had not authorized them to withdraw money from my account. The woman told me sorry no refunds. I informed her what was going on is illegal.
I asked to speak to a manager. The woman told me no there was none available.
She told me the account was now active and my next payment would be withdrawn in June. I told her she was not understanding. The account had been cancelled by the user two months ago. The user has a confirmation number. I have never had People PC and never will. I want my money refunded to my account and I want them to stop withdrawing money from my account. Once again I was told no refunds.
