Six months ago I noticed some money being withdrawn from my checking account. I did not know who it was from. I called and asked them why they were taking money out of my account. They said that a product I baught on line also signed me up with them. I disagreed but told them to just cancel my account. They told me they would. Ofcourse they did not. I have called back every month for the past six months, talking to varios people, supervisors and manager telling them to cancel my account. I was told on ever call that my account was cancelled. This month I called again and talked to a supervisor named Catherine Tomaro Employee number 22933, she actually asked me to copy my checking account information and send it to refund department. I told her that I would not send that information to there company. She then said that black out the information and then send it to the refund department. I told her that I would not do that and she actually asked for my account number and password to my checking account so she could fix the problem for me. Ofcourse I told her... Well... NO and hung up the phone. I tried contacting anyone else and could not get anyone to give me a district managers number or anything.
