Unauthorized payments - Unauthorized payment taken from my account

In 5/23 I asked to cancel service, that I was going with MagicJack. They said they would expend my cancel for 30 days FREE, to see if it worked out with MagicJack. They changed my account at the end of 30 days. When I got back in town, I called to cancel them, asking about previous charge. They said I wasn't ever cancelled, and I asked to cancel, they said there would be a service cancelation fee with total coming to $128.00. I said I couldn't cancel until after August 1st. I hung up looked at my account, and that person cancelled me charging my account. I am currently doing a credit card dispute on them. I called them again, got a nice person who said, don't do anything until 48 hours, she would get back with them. Two weeks later she has never called me back.By charging my credit card twice it has caused me $75.00 in Cover-charges because of their unauthorized charge on my account, that didn't have that kind of money in it to handle it.in the two phone calls, they never gave me a ticket number or told me to return the box. The last person said to return the box for a rebate, but said wait until she calls back in 48 hours.
