Dear Dan Borislow the inventor of Magicjack please read this and help me solve this issue
I had contacted you around 3 weeks a go with an online billing problem i was having... I am a 70 year old senior lady who had bought a magicjack online with a 5 year plan and billing had charged me 2 times... You wrote me back and offered me a free magicjack and told me the problem was going to get fixed.
I got the free magic jack but I NEVER got the other magicjack the one i had placed the order online with the 5 year plan and Was billed for the amt of $96.85... I am so confused i have contacted Richie from Ymaxcorp several times about this issue and have not got a response, i am wondering does this happen often that your company bills seniors or take advantage of seniors for such things...
I am truly disappointed with this, I trusted you and thought this issue was solved and its not only unsolved but now i am charged with such a high amt and never got the item... I never even got a chance to try your product for 30 days... Your online help is no help and Richie from YMaxcorp has not responded to none of my emails...
When i chatted to billing online they gave me his email and told me to write to him and I did what i was told... So I guess the Free magic jack that you said i was getting costed me close to over $100 Canadian dollars... I hope that i hear back from you... I am also thinking of send back the free magicjack to you if that's what it takes to have the charges removed off my credit card
I would very much appreciate an email back letting me know what the problem is and what i have done to have this put on me, if i knew that ordering your product would create such a huge problem i would have never bothered to get it in the first place. I hope that you do the right thing and help me with this, As I said before I have talked to billing on line 6 to 7 times and have written to Richie a few times and yet nothing has been done!
I am on government pension and can hardly afford to pay for anything and taking advantage of a 70 year old woman is shameful and uncalled for by your company!
