While I like the idea of magicjack, it is a great device for a frequent international traveler myself. This is my second year to renew. I had the same problem last year: renewed online when magicjack was plugged in. It didn't renew & I was unable to use the device for two days now. Talking to live chat was not much help, the live chat rep sounded very mechanical & extremely scripted, there was a very long wait each time to get online rep to talk to me. I was told someone from billing office would contact me, that never happened. I'm totally floored by how slow this has progressed & why the same issue happened again this year. The whole thing has been very frustrating, even after talking to 4 online chat reps, not only it didn't get resolved, assurance was so shallow & noncommittal.
