The saga continues. I returned magicjack because it never worked. And I did the online chat to make sure I would not be billed. Today I received a bill for $20.95. I called the number on the credit card, and that number told me to call another number. When someone finally answered and I explained the problem. They advised me that I was billed $20.95 for porting my number to magicjack. My former company has tried to get the number back, but they gave up. So if magicjack snags even 100 unwary customers who are unaware of this fee, magicjack earns $2095 a day. This company is so dishonest that it is a joke.
