All of the websites hosted with Energized Hosting/Pugmarks have gone down a few times and I was never informed about the problems.
Over the past 2 years I have emailed billing for a credit but never got a response.
Two weeks ago all of my websites went down again and I was never informed about the problems but this time it was much worse. They said there was s system failure and they would restore my sites from backups, this never happened.
Part of the websites were restored but the SQL databases that store all of the sites text and pictures were gone. I called multiple times and they said each time that they would be up that day and a tech was working on it - once they said dome cables were not connected!?!?! I have invested months of time on these sites and also have built sites for friends that run their businesses off the sites and they are losing money because the sites are down.
One of the latest emails said (they are Indian): I regret to say that the database is still creating problem. I tried to restore your account again from the backup it took almost 2Hrs to complete and even then the database gives me the same result. I will further restore your database and let you know the details. I will restore you the database manually and let you know. All other sites are up and running fine. Please standby for further updates.
That was at around 4 PM and it is now 9:30 and none of the database driven sites are working. They said it was a coding problem on my end but I am running 3 different scripts and they all worked before Pugmarks "migrated" the server and screwed everything up!
Energized Hosting/Pugmarks promises 99.99% uptime and 24/7 tech support through liveperson, all of this has disappeared. I read online that they are now owned by Pugmarks (www.pugmarks.com)

Never use Energized Hosting or Pugmarks. They are a joke and you will lose your websites, have terrible customer service and not understand what they are saying and have to ask them a few times to repeat themselves for clarification.
