Netscrape doesn't understand the meaning of "Cancel" my membership.

I had signed up for that free 30 day trail and never used it. They were insistent that I pay for it, even though, I never showed a day of use on it. They then proceeded to charge my credit card two months for service I never used. I immediately called my cc company and had it contested. (the charges reversed). This seemed to do the trick and they didn't attempt another fraudulent charge on my CC.

One time, of about 10 minutes was spent on the phone to their customer service, of course, located in India (is there any company out there that doesn't outsource their Service lines to India— I'd certainly like to know them so I can start patronizing their business, and try to keep my "service money" in the US, not supporting companies who outsource jobs to India, even under the cloak of making the bottom line look better) I told them that they were to cancel my account, remove their charges off my credit card or I would do that myself (which I did the next day, not waiting for them to do that, as I knew they wouldn't reverse that 9.99 anytime soon.

I will not choose NETSCRAPE as an internet provider anytime soon.
