Ripoff

Will charge you 9.95 per month reguardless of it you use it. Ther refuse to talk to you and of course you are talking to India where they do not understand english.

If you tell them to cancel the account, they will charge you a 69 penalty.

Stay as far away from netscape as you can.

I use DSL and not DIALUP
