Awful product, AWFUL customer service Ripoff

Follwoing is a copy of the letter I emailed the president/CEO of Hewlett Packard, describing my issues. I will post the response I receHello Mr. Hurd-

I just wanted to relay my experience with your AWFUL Hp Media Center PC and your HORRIBLE customer service reps that can not even speak English. I purchased an HP media center pc in December of o6, by the end of February 07, it no longer worked. Called your customer service dept. Put on hold for 1 hour, got screamed at and hung up on TWICE. Finally-the hard drive was gone, your tech tried to send me the reboot discs to reformat my hard drive-which were NEVER received with the NEW computer, imagine that. First off, MY HARD DRIVE AND DISK READER DOES NOT WORK-THATS WHY I CALLED-oops, your reps stupidity. So, they send me a new hard drive, or should I say, a REFURBISHED hard drive that STILL DOESNT WORK. Then they send me another one, and a SECOND set of reboot disks, STILL NOTHING AHPPENS. A 3 month old computer that dies, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it gets escalated to a so called CASE MANAGER, that we left 5 voice mails a day with and NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL. It is NOW April of 07, still I have an HP MEDIA CENTER COMPUTER THAT DOES NOT WORK, Terrible customer service from your Indian repsa, that HAVE NO CLUE how to help me. I have filed a report with the BBB, I have file a report with usacomplaints.com, which from the looks, so have a few thousand more UNSATISFIED HP CUSTOMERS. All your company does if lie to the consumer, and send us REFURBISHED items that still do NOT WORK. I have an attorney now, that if I do not hear from you within 2 weeks from today, and receive A BRAND NEW HP MEDIA CENTER COMPUTER, we will contact the other hundreds, I mean thousands of dissatisfied customers on usacomplaints.com.Com, and we will be filing a class action suit against your company, for the products we have purchase that no longer work AFTER 2 months. I am a single mother and I paid $999.99 for this piece of crap. I have also gone public with your company's LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, how I have gotten NOWHERE and BAD PRODUCTS foe the last few months to so called "fix" my broken computer that you don't seem to care about. Awful customer service, terrible. My email and phone number is included. 2 weeks from today 4-9-07, will be -4-23-07. I am eagerly awaiting your response. This will also be posted on usacomplaints.com along with your response, or lack thereof.
