I purchased a Pavillion a year ago October. My computer crashed two weeks after the warranty. I called their tech support and was told I'd have to purchase a new hard drive. It took several phone calls. One call had so much noise in the background I could not hear what he was telling me. Called again (India) could not understand what he was saying nor could he understand me. Finally I was told to mail the old hard drive back and they would see what the problem was with the computer. I got the hard drive in the mail two days later. I also got a second hard drive, but no recovery disks (which I had requested). I was told they would ship them but I would have to pay shipping. Computer is working but now the screen is turning red. Tell me I don't have to put more money into this computer again. I am so displeased with the quality of the product and customer service. I really don't know what to do now. I am totally frustrated over this situation.
