Ridiculous Customer Service - Presario

This is beyond complaint. I purchased a Compaq computer and the following is the letter I sent to Mark Hurd, CEO.

Mr. Hurd,

This is in regards to the following:

Order Number: VHD 698-02
Service Ticket Number 802-437-9321

HP received the computer for repairs on the 2nd of September and its been 25 days since. I have yet to receive any corresspondence or the computer back from your repair facilities.

Every time I have tried to call the customer care center, I am routed to your Indian Call Centers and the average time is in excess of an hour just to explain and request order status. Yet, there is still no response as to where the computer is and when I will receive it.in addition, I have been consistently denied escalation and I was told today that there is a festival in India and all the managers are out celebrating. This is rediculous.

This is a serious matter and I demand to hear from you or one of your representatives at the earliest. I must inform you that my work is seriously suffering due to the absense of the computer.
